Pension/DVA gold card holders are eligible for the Hearing Services Program please complete the form below to organise a visit, otherwise a $150 Fee for an in-house hearing test applies.

If for any reason a home visit is not appropriate, we can see you at the Mount Hospital in the city on Saturday or Sunday or by appointment
